This is the main page of the tool.
FILE: Allow you to create and upload negihborhoods, also start game.
TOOLS: Lot Builder, start the lot builder to create custom lot houses.
MISC: Export neighborhood references in a text file.
ABOUT: Open this webpage tutorial.
In the main page you can do:
-CREATE: CREATE A NEW NEIGHBORHOOD, SELECT FROM AVALIABLE.
-DOWNLOAD: ORIGINAL OR CUSTOMS NEGIHBORHOODS.
-IMPORT: IMPORT CUSTOM IMAGES TO THE NEIGHBORHOODS SCREENS.
-DEFAULT: CHANGE THE IMAGES TO DEFAULT.
-HOUSES LIST: SHOW HOUSES IN YOUR CREATED NEGIHBORHOOD.
-NEIGHBORHOOD INFO: ABOUT YOUR CREATED ONE.
